Release of Claims. Woodworking is an inherently dangerous activity. Improper use of tools or equipment can result in a serious injury or even death. This Registration constitutes a release of all liability. In the case of accident or illness, I will not hold New Light Wood Works, or any persons employed by or involved with New Light Wood Works or the Wallace family responsible. I will be fully responsible for the security and care of my personal property (transportation, photo gear, tools, etc.) The shop environment and increased temporary population requires that all participants agree to a few rules. Smoking is not permitted in any building. Consumption of alcohol is prohibited during class hours and at meals that precede shop work. The shop safety rules will be honored. |
